This is a recent frame off restoration. 500+ hp cranking out of it’s 454 Big Block. Paint is flawless, and attention to detail was the number one priority for this build. Power is laid down nicely with the Posi 12 bolt rear end. Interior is flawless and all gauges work as they should. It honestly is one of the best sounding Motors in our stable. Everything has been rebuilt or replaced! In 1969 largest motor available was a 396 power plant, so the builder followed suit by dressing the 454 motor up as a 396. This is a NO RUST car.
Interior: Interior has been restored correctly and looks and feels very nice. Seats have been recovered and re-padded, all glass is in great shape, all new gaskets throughout, It is a very comfortable ride. There are no rattles or squeaks in the cabin. Overall a very nice show car. The carpet is in great shape, along with the headliner. Look at the photos they speak for themselves. This is a sport coupe so all the correct badging is is place
Exterior: The Paint is a 8-10, a very nice and glossy 2 stage paint. The car was taken apart completely prior to spray. Body lines are very straight, the attention to detail on this car is very impressive, even has the original style gaskets on the inner edges of the hood seal near the windshield, Engine bay is super detailed, and done correctly. Engine compartment is painted to match the exterior along with the radiator support. All bumpers are re-chromed with no pitting or bends. All the Lights operate as they should, and the windshield wipers work as well.
The Motor is recently rebuilt and has a nice Lumpy Erson Energy Plus Cam. All gaskets are new. Trans is a rebuilt super strong hydra-matic and it takes the power quite well. This car will lay Rubber until you let off! All Suspension is redone and it drives very very well. No Pulling from side to side while engaging the power disk brakes, Power steering is very smooth, and did I mention the Power and sound? It is amazing, please watch the video! Set of headers flow into a dual 3″ exhaust system. Routed to the rear of the Chevelle.
