Description:

This 1989 Ford Mustang LX convertible is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Bright Red over Scarlet Red cloth. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a replacement white convertible top, 15″ alloy wheels, power accessories, cruise control, and an aftermarket touchscreen head unit. This Fox-body convertible is offered at no reserve in Florida with manufacturer's literature, an accident-free Carfax report, and an Ohio title.

Interior:

The cabin features articulated front seats and a rear bench upholstered in Scarlet Red cloth with coordinating vinyl seatbacks. Amenities include power windows and door locks, cruise control, and an aftermarket touchscreen head unit. The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,800-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level.

Exterior:

The car is finished in Bright Red and features a replacement white convertible top, power-adjustable side mirrors, and a rear luggage rack. A patch is present on the soft top near the rear glass, and corrosion is visible on both doors and rocker panels.

Drivetrain:

The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. BBK exhaust headers were fitted during time with a previous owner. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. We believe that aftermarket gears were fitted to the rear end by a previous owner. The 15″ wheels are mounted with 215/60 Mastercraft Stratus AS tires. Standard equipment included a Handling Suspension Package featuring variable-rate springs and a Quadra-Shock rear setup along with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
